About Us
eGlobe Thailand Pvt Ltd is a software company focused on hospitality technology. We develop and operate egPOS, a SaaS point-of-sale platform for Thai restaurants, provide channel management services to hotels, and represent AKINSOFT in the Thai market. From development to deployment to day-to-day support, everything is handled by our own team.
We started from a simple observation: hospitality businesses in Thailand were being sold software built for somewhere else — foreign price points, no Thai language, and support that disappeared after the invoice was paid. So we built the opposite. Our products are engineered in-house, designed around how Thai restaurants and hotels actually operate — PromptPay at the counter, bilingual staff, delivery riders at the door — and backed by people you can actually call.
